A California native, Gus has been in the Austin market in the HVAC industry for 28 years. Entering the industry as an HVAC helper, he quickly moved into a foreman’s role and continued to excel within the trade. Gus handles all aspects for the field related to manpower, materials procurement, and scheduling for the sheet metal department. “I enjoy bringing young new women and men into our industry and providing a career path within our field”. Gus has had a lifelong goal of being a partner in the business and being a part of a family-oriented business environment. During his time off time he loves watching his two daughters play fast pitch softball.
