Isabel has more than 23 years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a HR, Payroll, Service manager and accountant. Her strong leadership catapulted her into an Office Manager position in 1999. There Isabel filled many roles – HR Manager, managed all clerical personnel, operations assistant, project management assistant, estimating coordinator on all bids, accounting assistant, accounting manager on payables, receivables, job costing, contract administration, subcontracts, month end accounting close and final close out on all projects. Isabel is an integral part of D3 specializing and managing the finances for the company. Isabel grew up in California and enjoys spending time with her family and going on road trips to Florida annually.
